Delivery
For delivery availability, shipping charges and an estimated delivery date for your destination, please contact us before placing your order.
The total delivery cost and agreed delivery time will be communicated before payment. If no other delivery time is agreed, orders must be delivered within 30 days.

Returns & refunds
For standard online purchases, you can notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days after receiving your item, without giving a reason. Then send it back within 14 days of notifying us.
Email your name, order reference and the item you wish to return. We will provide the return address. An email is sufficient to notify us; you do not need to wait for approval to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Pack the item securely, including its accessories. You may inspect it as you would in a shop; handling beyond this may reduce the refund if it causes a loss in value.
Return postage is payable by you only if this was disclosed before purchase; otherwise we cover it. Faulty or incorrect items are handled at no cost to you, under your statutory rights.
Refunds include the item price and standard outbound delivery costs when cancelling the entire order. They are made using the original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may wait until we receive the item or proof of return, whichever comes first.
Clearly personalised or custom-made items may be exempt from withdrawal; this will be explained before purchase. Choosing a standard size or colour does not, by itself, remove your return rights. Your rights for faulty goods remain unaffected.
